Acquisition of Internships in the United States in September 2005
In September of 2005 one of our huge projects started. Two of the council’s members travelled to New York City in order to find new attractive internships for you. New York City on the East Coast of the United States offers great opportunities to widen our range of challenging internship positions in varying fields.
The Big Apple with its more than 8 million inhabitants and numerous companies is known to be a major center for finance and as metropolis of world trade world.
In the past, we already had the chance to get in contact with American companies. Now, we are able to profit from these connections. Not only had we been perfectly accomodated but also found an office where we were able to get our work done. That was a vantage point from where we started to get in contact with companies to introduce ourselves and the council we work for. By getting directly in touch with managers, we were able to work out proper profiles for future internships. Afterwards, we were be able to give you detailed information, concerning the internships, on our homepage or in our newsletter. The information contains: a short description of the type of work, the job requirements, compensation and benefits as well as place, duration, and the start of the internships.
